This board, created by Executive Order in 2014, provides an independent review of citizen complaints against Omaha police officers.  The Board has six members; one representing each police precinct, one at-large member and an alternate.  Members must be registered voters and must be residents of the City of Omaha.   Other requirements, including a background check, required training and confidentiality are explained in the Executive Order.
