DOWNTOWN BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT AREA BOARD

Appointment Process: Appointed by Mayor, Approved by the Omaha City Council.

Special Qualifications: Must be property owners, residents or business operators within the business area.

Summary of Duties: The primary responsibility of the board is to oversee the Omaha Downtown Improvement District Association and to review, approve, and submit an annual work plan and budget.
